Peugeot has a great reputation when it comes to its vans, with this French manufacturer producing commercial models for a number of years. Offering vehicles that are a little more eye-catching than your traditional van, they boast plenty of creature comforts and a great deal of technology on the higher-spec versions.
Peugeot has also nicely established a good three-prong approach to commercial vehicles, ranging from the smaller Partner up to the large Boxer, and alongside the well-loved diesel engines, you can now choose them all with fully-electric derivatives. It’s one of only a handful of van makers that sell EVs of every vehicle it sells, and ensures there’s plenty of choice available to customers.
Its vans are practical, comfortable and easy to drive, and provide plenty of reasons to consider choosing a Peugeot.
All new Peugeot vans are supplied with a three-year manufacturer warranty. In the first two years there is no mileage limit, either, but in the third year there is an overall mileage cap of 100,000 miles. Electric Peugeot vans also boast an eight-year warranty on their traction battery.
While petrol and diesel Peugeot models only come with 12 months of roadside assistance, electric models – including vans – benefit from an impressive eight years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes soonest, of breakdown cover. This includes a home service, while if you’re towing with your vehicle, this will also be recovered free of charge.

The strengths of Peugeot’s car range are successfully carried over to its commercial models, too, with its vans offering a more stylish look inside and out than many competitor products. In the cabin, you’ve got Peugeot’s advanced i-Cockpit system, which includes a small instrument cluster acting similar to a head-up display, as well as a compact steering wheel that gives its vehicles a more agile feel.
By van standards, its models are also available with a wide range of technologies, with even the compact e-Partner available with an eight-inch touchscreen with 3D satellite navigation, while a reversing camera is also fitted on top-spec models. On the larger e-Expert, an optional Safety Pack brings high-end features like adaptive cruise control, blind spot assist and an acoustic windscreen to maximise refinement.
It’s the choice on offer in Peugeot’s electric van line-up that really stands out, though, with three very different vehicles on offer. Each model can also be specified in a range of different trim levels (some rivals come with fixed specifications) and in varying lengths, depending on customer needs.
Peugeot offers an electric version of every van it sells. Here are the highlights of each.
The e-Partner is Peugeot’s most compact van, but it still offers an impressive amount of usability. Available in a choice of Panel Van and Crew Van variants (the latter having rear seats fitted), you can also choose a Standard or Long length. Despite its size, it also offers a payload of up to 800kg. Equipped with a 50kWh battery, Peugeot claims the e-Partner can travel up to 171 miles on a charge.
In the middle of Peugeot’s van line-up is the impressive e-Expert. Available in a choice of three different lengths, this model is able to offer a payload of up to an impressive 1,226kg when equipped with a smaller battery. If the range is more important, however, the e-Expert is available with a larger 75kWh battery that enables a very respectable range of up to 205 miles.
If outright space is the priority, it’s Peugeot’s e-Boxer that is the model to choose. Offering an identical load space volume to combustion versions, this model is also fitted with a large 75kWh battery, unlocking a claimed range of up to 154 miles. The additional weight of the batteries does knock the payload slightly, with panel van models able to carry up to 690kg.
