Regulatory Information

• My Electric Lease is a trading style of U.K. Carline Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our FCA Firm Reference Number is 657006. You can verify this on the FCA Register at www.fca.org.uk/register or by calling 0800 111 6768.
• We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for the processing of personal data. Our ICO Registration Number is Z6921585.
• We are a member of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA), member number 1535, and abide by the BVRLA Code of Conduct.
• We are a credit broker and not a lender. We act on a non-advised basis. This means we will not make a personal recommendation or assess the suitability of a specific product for you.

Processing Fee

We charge a Processing Fee of £269.99 inclusive of VAT for our credit broking and order management services.

The Processing Fee is payable by debit card, credit card via our online payment system, Stripe, or by BACS payment. Payment is taken only after finance approval has been received and the relevant vehicle order documentation has been signed by you, instructing us to proceed and place an order on your behalf.

Before we collect your payment details, we will provide you with this Information Notice and ask you to confirm, on paper or in another durable medium, that you have received it and understand that the fee is payable. Where the notice is provided electronically, confirmation may be captured through the relevant order or payment journey, provided the confirmation is recorded and retained in a durable medium. We will record your confirmation.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Initial Disclosure Document, order documentation, terms and conditions, and cancellation policy. You should read those documents before confirming your order.

Customer Confirmation

By confirming receipt of this Information Notice, you confirm that you are aware of the Processing Fee, when it is payable, and that My Electric Lease (a trading style of U.K. Carline Limited) is a credit broker and not a lender.
